3. Nader Khalili's Sandbag Shelter
Nader Khalili (Picture 53) reinvented a sandbag shelter (Picture 54) that originally designed with the NASA. These shelters are designed with using material based on the site, but they may not suitable for tropical climates because its quite difficulty to find dry soil to full fill them. These shelters are very easy and quick erected, and the cost to construct them is very cheap as well. His idea of sandbag shelter has been widely promote by the architects to the disaster area.
